We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our most valuable customers. You’ll take ownership of your portfolio of high-value accounts. 

This role offers a clear path to advancement, with the potential to grow into a sales lead position if you deliver consistent results.


We are looking for:

  • Around 1 year of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or account executive roles.
  • Able to provide examples of successful account expansion, sales results, or client success outcomes.
  • Experience in setting up and using CRM systems, email tools, and analytics without external support. 
  • Fluent English (C1)

You'll be focusing on:

User retention and management
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value users, building relationships, addressing issues, and developing strategies to expand accounts.
  • Handle inbound prospects, create custom offers, and onboard them into the portfolio.
  • Proactively reach out to high-potential users and explore innovative ways to establish contact.
Tracking and analysis
  • Develop expertise in the proxy and networking industry to provide tailored advice and recommendations.
  • Maintain detailed records of key accounts, tracking engagement, expenditures, and account details to minimize churn and support strategic decision-making.
Systems and Tools Management
  • Set up and manage CRM, email systems, banner messaging, and data enrichment tools with a hands-on approach for testing and optimization.
