About You
You’re an experienced recruiting leader who thrives in fast paced, evolving environments. You know how to set a talent strategy, and you’re also comfortable rolling up your sleeves to take on open roles yourself. You’ve led and grown recruiting teams that include both sourcers and full-cycle recruiters, and you’re energized by the challenge of building scalable, inclusive processes that support a company’s next stage of growth.
In this role, you’ll report to the Sr. Director of People Operations, who oversees the broader People department. You’ll work closely with leaders across all functions to understand their hiring goals, coach them through best practices, and build a high-performing talent engine that brings exceptional people into the company. You’ll mentor and guide a growing team, help shape our employer brand, and make sure we’re continuously improving how we attract, assess, and hire talent.
We’re looking for someone who is thoughtful, hands-on, and deeply invested in building great teams. You’ll be a key partner in helping us grow with care and make sure our people practices scale with us.
