What We're Looking For

Our client, a growing online retail brand, is seeking an E-commerce Website Manager to enhance customer engagement, optimize conversions, and lead a global e-commerce team. This role is key to ensuring a seamless online shopping experience and driving long-term customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of E-commerce Assistants and Customer Experience representatives.
• Manage collection launches, website updates, and product recommendations.
• Implement A/B tests, optimize landing pages, and refine search functionality.
• Enhance customer retention through loyalty programs and experience improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and fulfillment teams to streamline processes.

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, retention strategies, or CRO.

• Proficiency in Shopify Plus and tools like Rebuy, Rivo, and Shopify Flow.
• Experience improving customer support response times, analyzing return trends, and implementing strategies to enhance satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and UX optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma for landing page design.
• Familiarity with customer engagement tools like Attentive and Judge.me Reviews.
• Knowledge of international e-commerce operations and translation tools like TLabs.
• Leadership experience managing remote teams across different time zones.
