You’ll also play a vital role in our day-to-day operations, helping streamline processes and support our broader business goals. This is a unique, hands-on role offering broad responsibilities and exciting opportunities for growth in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Vintage Electronics Repair & Restoration

  • Troubleshoot and repair vintage video game systems and test equipment
  • Use schematics and historical manuals to restore rare hardware
  • Source or fabricate authentic replacement components
  • Keep meticulous repair documentation
  • Maintain an organized and safe workspace

New Product Design & Manufacturing Coordination

  • Collaborate with external consultants on innovative product design
  • Review and evaluate design specs for manufacturability
  • Coordinate between engineering, consultants, and manufacturing partners
  • Support prototype testing, BOM creation, and technical documentation
  • Track project progress and anticipate challenges

Operational & Technical Support

  • Provide tech support for internal equipment
  • Manage and improve technical documentation and inventory
  • Assist in company-wide process improvements
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience repairing vintage electronics
  • Strong knowledge of analog/digital circuits and diagnostic tools
  • Comfortable with schematics, test equipment, and component sourcing
  • Experience managing projects with external partners
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; CAD knowledge (Altium, Eagle) a plus
  • Manufacturing process and quality control experience a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, collaborative mindset

Why Join Hoskbrew?

  • Work on one-of-a-kind vintage gaming projects
  • Help shape innovative new gaming products
  • Enjoy a creative and collaborative work culture
  • Grow your career across multiple technical domains
