About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Delivery Manager to lead a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level software solutions. This role requires a strong background in managing engineering teams, overseeing large-scale technical projects, and driving high-quality delivery in complex environments. You will act as both a people leader and a delivery champion, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and maintainability while building a high-performing, motivated engineering culture.

What will you do

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing feedback and career development.
  • Have engineering leads as direct reports, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Cultivate a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Drive performance evaluations and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Own the delivery of software projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute roadmaps.
  • Oversee sprint planning, progress tracking, and Agile processes.
  • Identify risks and resolve blockers to maintain project flow and team productivity.
  • Promote continuous improvement in delivery efficiency and communication.
  • Act as the main point of contact for engineering planning and execution updates.
  • Work with product managers and designers to define and refine project scopes.
  • Translate business goals into actionable technical plans.
  • Ensure alignment of engineering priorities with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to ensure scalable and secure architecture.
  • Guide the adoption of software engineering best practices.
  • Maintain oversight of system quality, testing, deployment, and operations.

What We Need

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on the enterprise-level software platforms, ideally SaaS or API-driven applications
  • At least 3 years of working in insurance or finance domain, preferably insurtech or fintech enterprise environment experience
  • High-level understanding of modern full stack technologies (Node.js, .NET Core, Vue/React, cloud infrastructure)
  • Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams in a fast-paced, Agile environment with strong project management skills with a track record of delivering high-quality software products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills to collaborate across diverse stakeholders and distributed teams at both strategic and operational level internally and externally, making effective decisions balancing business and stakeholder needs.
