Our flagship venture, ATLAS ANALYTICS, is a B2B outbound sales engine helping growth-stage companies and established players scale pipeline with precision. Now, we’re doubling down on growthβ€”and we’re looking for a full-cycle seller who can evolve into Head of Sales and help us take ATLAS (and future ventures) to the next level.

Not just a closer. Not just a coach. We want a sales operator with founder DNA β€” someone who wants to build something big, run their own sales team, and grow into a venture-level leadership role.

You’re energized by sales, but also brand-building, media, go-to-market strategy, and long-term ownership. You know how to build a pipeline and close deals…  and how to build the machine that does it at scale.





What You’ll Be Doing



This is a builder’s role. You’ll take ownership across sales, brand, and team leadership, with a mandate to grow revenue and define our go-to-market playbook β€” starting with ATLAS, and later helping launch other ventures in the studio.



Full-Cycle Sales:

- Own the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, outbound, discovery, proposal, and closing.

- Conduct sales calls with founders, VPs, and senior decision-makers in B2B.

- Hit (and help define) revenue and pipeline goals with full autonomy.



Build the Sales Function:

- Hire, onboard, and coach the next generation of closers and SDRs.

- Develop repeatable playbooks and frameworks for pipeline growth.

- Create a feedback loop between sales, marketing, and delivery teams.



Brand & Media-Driven Selling:

- Build your personal brand online as a sales leader (LinkedIn, podcast/video interviews, etc.).

- Help shape our media efforts to attract, nurture, and convert ideal clients.

- Run outbound campaigns and co-host events to drive awareness and inbound interest.



Studio-Level Impact:

- Collaborate with the founders across multiple portfolio ventures.

- Support go-to-market strategies and client acquisition for new studio projects.

- Take part in venture-building from the inside β€” with real upside for what you help create.

 



Requirements



- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, ideally with a focus on outbound.

- Proven ability to close deals, manage a pipeline, and run discovery calls with senior stakeholders.

- Experience managing or coaching SDRs/BDRs and building sales systems.

- Strong grasp of cold outreach, LinkedIn, video, and objection handling.

- Structured, strategic thinker with a bias toward action and ownership.

- Excellent communicator β€” direct, clear, and not afraid of tough conversations.

- Bonus: Familiar with automation tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement software.

- Bonus: Experience with entrepreneurship, early-stage startups, or venture building.
