This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in app acquisition, data analysis, the ability to effectively navigate in a privacy-led environment and scaling campaigns across multiple markets.

This role is critical in driving growth and positioning the company as a leader in its space by ensuring that our marketing efforts are scalable, innovative, and aligned with our mission to deliver value to our customers.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead, mentor and grow a lean, high-performing app acquisition team while also remaining hands-on to kickstart initiatives, troubleshoot challenges, and drive innovation.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive app acquisition strategy aligned with the company’s ambitious growth objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through testing, creative variations, and bidding strategies.
  • Utilize marketing technology and data analytics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Leverage data and attribution platforms like Appsflyer to monitor and improve performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand and app development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader business initiatives.
  • Run A/B tests and experiment with new strategies to unlock growth opportunities.

 

The team: 

You'll be leading the App acquisition team, which consists of marketing and data analysts, and closely collaborating with the Brand and Product teams.

 

Who you are:

  • Senior performance marketing expert, with a focus on mobile app acquisition.
  • You have a proven track record of scaling paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels and geographies, owning significant marketing budgets.
  • Industry experience in intent-driven sectors like travel, e-commerce, or similar verticals is highly preferred.
  • You have hands-on expertise with major acquisition channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Moloco, etc.)
  • You have hands-on experience of navigating in a privacy-led era.
  • You are proficient with mobile attribution platforms like Appsflyer or similar tools.
  • You have expertise in leveraging analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and drive growth.
  • You are aware of different attribution / measurement methodologies and have a track record applying them in practice.
  • You have strong analytical skills, enabling you to dive deep into the data to guide strategy or prioritization decisions.
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Ability to work effectively with C-suite executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Experience in startup/fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • You are comfortable using SQL and BI Tools (Looker)
