Job Description

What you will do:

  • develops MGID’s presence in the US within an account manager’s scope of competence;
  • perform analysis and projections creation, plans and execute growth models for potential business opportunities;
  • executes principles and processes of sales funnel building in accordance with global functional standards & principles (to resolve clients' issues to the functional principles);
  • performs competitor analysis, competitive issues, products, and industry trends in the assigned country;
  • works in a team on new ads product promotion, develops the country, and uses the industry’s new opportunities;
  • executes business development operations within own functional responsibility to ensure country target deliverables (adaptation of clients pitches, prioritize product focus);
  • executes mid-term and long-term goals based on global business development strategy;
  • shares the knowledge about the peculiarities of the country with newcomers and checks their understanding
  • leads the process of developing a strategy for TOP clients in the US
  • provides quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports or reports upon request regarding the current results, issues, and workflow processes of the team;
  • performs immediate reporting regarding all non-standard issues with clients;
  • gathers and organizes information obtained from working on team projects to analyze the results and difficulties of working on the project;
  • Share the progress of other team members regarding adapting new information, completing the tasks, etc.
  • Participation in report preparation

Requirements

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role is a must
  • Knowledge and understanding of global advertising market tendencies and trends, modern technology, and technology evolution forecasts
  • Knowledge of digital advertising market specifics including digital media environment (structure, types of clients, knowledge of clients & customers' business models)
  • Deep understanding of a product and its technical and integration peculiarities (integration through pixels, third-party tags, post-backs, GA integration)
  • Knowledge of practices for cooperation with different types of advertisers - affiliates, brands, agencies, and global brands;
  • Basic knowledge of product development (especially in MGID)
  • Experience in Adtech/Martech - from 2 years
  • Experience in operational process establishment and maintenance (especially in Legal and finance fields), procedure creation
  • Experience in implementing complex digital projects
  • Understanding of how to collect valuable business information from the team and how to incorporate it into the business strategy.
  • Able to think strategically; uses critical thinking in effective decision making, effectively analyzes information and uses predictive analytics to make decisions, performs retrospectives
  • Strives to attain results; conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure; persists despite obstacles and opposition; sets high standards of performance; pursues challenging goals and works hard to achieve them.
