Affiliate Manager

About The Role

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to lead the growth, management, and optimization of our affiliate program. This role involves everything from recruiting and motivating affiliates to driving content creation and structuring competitive compensation models. You’ll be the driving force behind turning our affiliate program into a revenue-generating machine across multiple social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard top-tier affiliates across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and beyond.
• Develop a high-performing community of affiliates through engagement, support, and incentives.
• Encourage and guide affiliates to create viral, high-converting content.
• Manage and optimize the affiliate program for growth, retention, and maximum revenue. 
• Develop market-competitive compensation models (commission structures, bonuses, and tiered incentives).
• Track, analyze, and optimize performance using data-driven insights.
• Test new affiliate marketing strategies and document best practices for our students.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align affiliate promotions with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with social media and advertising policies for affiliate content.

Results

• Recruit and activate high-performing affiliates who drive consistent traffic and sales.
• Create a powerful community of influencers, creators, and marketers promoting Publishing.com Books.
• Build a multi-platform affiliate marketing system that can scale across social media, content marketing, and paid ads.
• Monetize aggressively while also using the program to test new marketing strategies for our students.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate marketing (managing or growing an affiliate program).
• Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and how to drive content-based affiliate sales.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue through affiliates and influencers.
• Strong networking and community-building skills.
• Ability to create compensation structures that attract and retain top affiliates.
• Data-driven mindset—you optimize based on analytics, not guesswork.
• Creative problem-solver who can develop strategies for rapid affiliate growth.
• Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Expected Base Compensation

$80,000 - $90,000 USD Annually + Commission
