We’re a small but mighty team spread across Europe and the US -- and we are looking for a highly motivated Bookkeeper to join our team part-time (10-20 hours/month).

😎 About You

You're growth-oriented, hard-working, and looking for a breakout role with a dynamic and growing company. An excellent communicator and ambitious bookkeeping professional. You’ve ideally worked on smaller remote teams with less than 30 employees and are looking for a long-term part-time role. 

You are someone who:

• We can trust
• Works hard and has excellent attention to detail
• Has prior experience with accounting + bookkeeping
• Has Strong Excel skills 
• Doesn’t mind going the extra mile when necessary
• Has prior experience working in a remote environment
• Is able to assist in getting the books closed the first week of every month

📌 About the Role: Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You will work closely with, and with the support of, our CEO to support all of our business entities. 

Bookkeeping

• Prepare and post journal entries into accounting software
• Accurately and timely record revenue and expenses
• Perform monthly bank and credit card account reconciliations and identify and resolve discrepancies
• Manage receipts in an organized fashion 

Generate monthly reports & ad hoc financial analysis reports 

• Automate and create custom financial reports
• Create custom reports whenever required 

Invoicing

• Prepare invoices for clients 

Payroll hours tracking 

• Twice a month, team members submit their hours, and you'll generate a payroll report.

📝 Requirements:

• Fluent in written & verbal English
• 2+ years of experience in Bookkeeping
• Prior QuickBooks Online experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail, delivering high-quality work with zero errors
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills 
• Proactive Communicator
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while delivering exceptional results 
• Team player with a “no task is too small” mentality
