We are looking for a Data Analyst whose primary focus will be analyzing customer inquiries to optimize processes and improve customer care operations. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, create insightful reports, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and documenting hypotheses for analyzing customer inquiries.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on analytics for customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Sourcing or creating necessary data for analysis.
  • Developing reports and dashboards.
  • Conducting ad hoc analysis.
  • Generating actionable recommendations to improve customer inquiry handling processes.
  • Providing insights and suggestions to enhance company operations based on customer inquiries and feedback.
  • Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience with data analysis in Python.
  • Familiarity with metrics and data related to customer care.
  • Experience working with databases such as S3, PostgreSQL, or similar.
  • Proficiency with marketing/product analytics tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalents.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical and systematic thinking skills.
  • Ability to independently solve problems and proactively propose solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Advanced project management skills, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed efficiently.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with cloud-based analytics solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced customer inquiry analysis, including techniques like regex, NLP, and others.
