I’m Nakia Gray—an attorney, business strategist, and the brains behind multiple thriving businesses, including my coaching programs, agency, and digital products. My days are filled with helping high-achieving women scale their businesses without burning out—and I need an executive assistant who can help me do the same.
This Is NOT a Retainer Role or an Agency Gig—This Is a True Partnership.
This role is not for someone who just “manages calendars and sends emails.” I’m looking for a strategic EA who will act as my gatekeeper, communicator, and organizational powerhouse—someone who will keep me focused on the big picture by handling all the day-to-day details.
I’m not looking for a virtual assistant with multiple clients or an agency that assigns me a rotating team member. This is a close-knit, high-impact role for one dedicated person who wants to grow alongside me and be a true right-hand in my business.
This is not a “set number of hours for a flat fee” kind of role. You won’t be sitting around waiting for assignments—you’ll be deeply involved in the inner workings of my business, anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping everything running seamlessly. Ideally, you’ll be two steps ahead of me and will be telling me what I should be doing, not the other way around.
Who You Are:
Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You live for systems, structure, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Proactive & Resourceful – You don’t wait to be told what to do; you anticipate needs and solve problems before they happen.
A Skilled Communicator – Whether it’s managing my inbox, coordinating with my team, or engaging with clients, you know how to communicate professionally and effectively.
Tech-Savvy – You know your way around tools like Google Suite, project management software, and (most importantly) ChatGPT, so you can draft emails, content, and responses with ease.
Experienced in Online Business Operations – You’ve worked with a high-ticket coach, consultant, or online entrepreneur before, so you understand the fast-paced, ever-evolving nature of this world.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Act as My Gatekeeper – Manage my inbox, filter messages, handle scheduling, and communicate with clients, vendors, and team members.
Keep Me Organized – Manage my projects, deadlines, and to-do lists to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Client Onboarding & Follow-Up – Make sure new clients are welcomed, supported, and set up for success.
Podcast Coordination – Schedule guest interviews and liaise with my podcast production team.
Content & Research Support – Assist in gathering ideas and topics for my email newsletters, social media, and content marketing efforts.
Visibility & PR Support – Help research and pitch me for speaking engagements, guest blogging, and podcast opportunities.
File & Systems Management – Keep my Google Drive, client records, and internal documentation organized and accessible.
Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:
✔️ Project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.)
✔️ Online course platforms and email marketing software
✔️ Social media content scheduling and engagement
✔️ Basic graphic design (Canva)

📍 Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based preferred)
