ABOUT THIS ROLE
STATUS: This is an independent contractor position.
TIME COMMITMENT: Estimated time commitment is approximately 50-60 hours per
month. However, this is a new role and this is an estimated guess. We are ideally
looking for someone interested in a growing commitment in this role.
BUDGET: $3,750 - $4,500/month. We are open to considering compensation based on
fit and experience.
TIMELINE: We are accepting interest in this role through approximately April 3, 2025 or
until we have received a strong number of interested candidates. We are looking to
begin working with someone on or before May 1, 2025.
LOCATION: This is a location independent, or remote role. The business is located in
the Eastern time zone and we are looking to work with someone located in the US or
Canada.

Orbital Alchemy is my coaching business, operating as a high-leverage special task force that
connects visionary founders, investors, and projects to accelerate the transition toward a
thriving, regenerative civilization. Through strategic investment, deep mentorship, and

MetaTree is a retreat center I’m developing, designed to create reality architectures that

WHO I AM LOOKING FOR
I’m looking for a long-term, collaborative partnership with a high-level Executive Business
Manager who will be my right hand—someone who can weave together the strands of my
projects and the various aspects of my life into a coherent and optimized whole. This role is
about bringing clarity to my business structures, ensuring they harmonize and contribute to
my larger vision.
You are highly organized, resourceful, and independent—anticipating what needs to be done
before I even ask. You take pride in your ability to bring structure to complexity, ensuring that
my time, energy, and focus are protected so I can dedicate myself to the work that matters
most.
This is a key role supporting me personally and professionally across my businesses,
investments, and projects. From calendar management and operational oversight to
investment research and client coordination, you’ll be instrumental in making things run
smoothly. The ideal person for this role doesn’t just complete tasks—they take ownership,
think strategically, and act as a thought partner in how we can work more efficiently. If you are

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive and Personal Support
● Help me stay focused on the work that is most productive and fulfilling by supporting
me in managing my time and energy effectively.

● Proactively identify tasks I shouldn't be handling and work with me to offload or
delegate them efficiently.
● Manage my calendar, handle scheduling requests, and coordinate meetings and
appointments as needed.
● Act as a gatekeeper for my time, ensuring requests align with my priorities and
bandwidth.
● Oversee meeting logistics—organizing agendas, sending invites and reminders, and
ensuring I have what I need to make each conversation productive.
● Help me stay on top of my priorities, including managing my to-do list, email, and
follow-through on communications.
● Maintain and organize my CRM to track contacts, conversations, follow-ups, and
potential connections within my network.
● Capture and track ideas and insights, ensuring they are organized and actionable.
● Plan and coordinate travel, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and
restaurant reservations while making sure I have everything I need while I’m traveling.
● Occasionally assist with personal tasks, such as sourcing and sending gifts or handling
personal projects. While not a core part of the role, I’ll appreciate support when needed.
Operational and Business Support
● Provide general support for the day-to-day operations and administration of my
businesses, Orbital Alchemy and Meta Tree.
● Provide client support, including scheduling coaching sessions, organizing client
materials, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring clients have what they need before and
after our coaching sessions.
● Maintain an organized ‘virtual office’ by managing files, keeping documents easy to
find, updating our project management tool, and overseeing online systems and tools.
● Assist in managing contractors for the Meta Tree retreat center project, including
researching options, obtaining quotes, and coordinating communication.
● Assist with planning and logistics for Meta Tree events, including managing
reservations and coordinating with staff and facilitators.
● Track key projects and deadlines to ensure steady progress on business initiatives.
● Conduct research as needed to support decision-making and business operations.
● Document and maintain up-to-date processes, procedures, and templates for recurring
tasks.
● Identify and implement systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
● Support investment-related tasks, including due diligence on prospective
opportunities, conducting research, and tracking portfolio performance.
● Research and recommend tools to better organize and manage my investments
beyond spreadsheets.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
● 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role supporting a
visionary entrepreneur or business leader.
● Proven ability to provide high-level executive support, including schedule
management, task prioritization, communications, and time protection.
● Strong organizational and project management skills, able to track, prioritize, and drive
multiple initiatives forward.
● Experience managing operations, logistics, and administrative tasks across multiple
businesses or ventures.
● Solid financial acumen—comfortable tracking expenses, organizing financial data, and
understanding basic investment concepts.
● Detail-oriented with strong follow-through, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
● Proactive problem-solver with resourcefulness and a solutions-driven mindset.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to give and receive
feedback.
● Comfortable managing client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups.
● Ability to create workflows, document processes, and implement efficiency
improvements.
● Tech-savvy, proficient in online collaboration tools, and able to recommend technology
solutions to streamline operations.
● Skilled at leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and enhance
productivity.
● Self-sufficient and decisive, with strong leadership and critical thinking skills to take
action independently.
