Job Title FIA Resource Developer Location Global Position Type Paid - Casual (Fixed Term) Job Description FIA Resource Developers are responsible for creating exegetical resources for Oral Learners as produced by the FIA Project. This means conducting research and drafting each of the steps for individual passages of Scripture. FIA Resource Developers work in conjunction with the FIA Project. Requirements for this position include: Familiar with orality and oral communication Competent in biblical exegesis and interpretation Drafting material for each of the 6 steps:

1. Hear and Heart

2. Setting the Stage

3. Defining the Scenes

4. Embodying the Text

5. Filling the Gaps

6. Speaking the Word - Each of these will be completed for individual passages of Scripture Weekly Hours 10 SIL is a global faith-based nonprofit that helps local language communities overcome the barriers that prevent them from flourishing with their languages.
