International rapidly growing product IT company StellarTech is looking for a Finance Lead who can ensure Company's finance processes and controls growth is in line with the Company's stellar growth.
The team member will act as a trusted partner, providing essential support to the COO in overseeing the finance function.
Our candidate seeks challenges and new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Reporting block:

  • automate accounting and reporting processes in order to eliminate manual inputs and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • primary responsible for IFRS consolidated audit from the Company's side (from contracting the auditors till the report is signed).
  • supervise accounting function to align it with the Company's goals and policies.
  • perform monthly consolidated IFRS and operational reporting and weekly operational reporting.

Controlling block:

  • ensures operational targets are set in all respective divisions, aligned with budgets and properly fulfilled.
  • propose and implement controls which work as a support for the Company's operations not as a bottleneck.

FP&A block:

  • Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Monitor budget adherence and advise on necessary adjustments.
  • Analyze financial results, identify key trends, and assess variances against budgets and forecasts.
  • Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.

Other:

  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, providing financial insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of main reporting and tax requirements in different countries.
  • Proficiency in IFRS standards, including consolidated reporting and audit preparation.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
  • English - Upper intermediate as a minimum.
  • Knowledge of financial and regulatory compliance requirements, ensuring alignment with Company policies and industry standards.
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros for financial data manipulation and analysis.
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data to provide actionable insights and support strategic initiatives.
  • Proficient in communicating financial insights and complex data to non-financial stakeholders, including leadership.

Soft skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.
  • Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear, understandable way to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Skilled in identifying financial or operational issues and developing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing priorities, and meeting tight deadlines effectively
  • Ensuring accuracy in reporting, forecasting, and budgeting to minimize errors and maintain credibility.
  • Nice to have:
