Fraud Analyst

We are looking for a team leader who is ready for real-world experience working for a fin-tech mobile app. The ideal candidate has experience in fraud review, knowledge in fraud rules, managing chargebacks, and ensuring the safest and best interest of our users and the company.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and creating chargeback records
• Overseeing chargeback recovery
• Managing and disputing chargebacks in a timely manner
• Working with the fraud review team to investigate transactions using established policies
• Performing manual fraud review based on established fraud and trust indicators.
• Working with the fraud team in keeping fraud policies up to date with new fraud patterns
• Handling all account review related customer support
• Communicating with users through a blended channel of email, chat, inbound and outbound calls (US market)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business
• Credible experience in chargebacks, disputes and fraud (at least 4 years preferred)
• Proficiency in Google sheets and MS Excel
• Strong understanding of privacy and security
• Proficiency in writing and speaking in English
