We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role will focus on creating impactful and visually engaging digital and printed assets, such as ads, images for social media, emails and blog articles, booth graphics and long-form content as whitepapers. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop unique, stand-out creatives for marketing campaigns, including banners, ads, social media posts, and email headers.
- Work closely with content marketers to design layouts for long-form content like eBooks, whitepapers, and PDFs.
- Maintain and evolve the visual identity by creating memorable designs that appeal to our target audiences across all touchpoints.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages that drive conversions
- Assist in brainstorming and ideating concepts for advertising campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Figma.
- Excellent attention to detail, color, typography, and layout.
- Strong fundamentals in digital design best practices, UX laws and accessibility standards.
- Familiarity with marketing KPIs and using data to optimize design performance.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design, branding, and layout.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be highly organized and excellent at managing time and deadlines;
- Passion for creativity, clean and usable designs that are compelling to user
Bonus Skills (not required):
- Understanding of web design principles, including responsive design and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Animation or motion graphics experience (e.g., After Effects).
- Experience with printed assets, such as Booths or brochures/pamphlets.
Compensation Range
$95k - $115k For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
