We are looking for a proactive Head of Growth to drive product scale and uncover new growth opportunities. This role is central to collaboration with our monetization, marketing and product teams, enabling optimized strategies and innovative approaches to drive results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advertising platforms, a strong analytical background to tackle complex challenges, and experience working with subscription-based apps.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with monetization and marketing teams to develop and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and product revenue.
  • Identify and analyze growth opportunities across the user journey, focusing on scaling product performance and maximizing ROI.
  • Execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve overall marketing performance and user retention.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ARPU) and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advertising platform developments to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Drive systematic revenue growth for products by identifying and leveraging new growth opportunities across the user journey.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a related field, with a proven track record in scaling digital products.
  • Strong team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and effectively collaborating across departments to achieve growth objectives.
  • Strong expertise in user acquisition and engagement strategies, particularly within subscription-based or Web2App models.
  • Advanced understanding of advertising platforms, including campaign optimization and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and apply insights to drive growth
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a natural curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn and improve.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including technical, marketing, monetization and product teams.
  • High adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a proactive attitude toward change and innovation.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to approach challenges creatively and resourcefully.
  • Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve common goals.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with technical teams to implement growth initiatives and optimize product performance.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis to extract insights and support data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing methodologies and experience with testing tools to enhance marketing performance.
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing market insights from both open and proprietary sources to inform growth strategies.
  • Background in the EdTech industry or familiarity with educational products and services.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies to enhance user retention and engagement.
  • Experience with emerging advertising platforms and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Familiarity with the EdTech industry and/or experience in the EdTech sector is a plus.
  • Experience working with mobile applications, including user engagement and retention strategies.
