- 8+ years experience in People & Culture including at least 3 years experience in leading and mentoring a team, preferably in a high-growth technology startup environment
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Deep and broad knowledge of HR practices: talent management, succession planning, organizational development, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
- Fluent English
