🔬 Experience
- 8+ years experience in People & Culture including at least 3 years experience in leading and mentoring a team, preferably in a high-growth technology startup environment
- Strong leadership and management skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
- Deep and broad knowledge of HR practices: talent management, succession planning, organizational development, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
- Fluent English

- Strategic Alignment - Develop and execute the company's people strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Brand Enhancement - Spearhead employer branding projects.
- Culture Stewardship - Maintain and evolve our defined company culture.
- Employee Development - Design and execute training and professional development programs.
- Policy Development - Set up, review, and enhance HR policies and processes.
