As our HR Intern, you'll be given a unique opportunity to dive into the world of human resources within an innovative FinTech company. You will be mentored by our Senior HR colleagues and collaborate closely with various teams, gaining hands-on experience that will shape your career trajectory in HR.

✔️ Tasks - What will you do:

• Assisting with the recruitment process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and engaging with candidates.
• Helping coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• Supporting employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building events and surveys for feedback.
• Providing administrative support including data entry, maintaining HR records, and helping to produce internal communications.
• Learning and applying HR best practices while contributing ideas for continued improvement.

🔬 Do you have what it takes? We're looking for you, if you are:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Ready to work at least 20 hours per week.
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal in English and Hungarian
• Proactive, ready to take initiative and tackle challenges head-on.
• Confident user of Google Workspace
