βœ”οΈ Tasks - What will you do:

  • Assisting with the recruitment process: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and engaging with candidates.
  • Helping coordinate onboarding procedures for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Supporting employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building events and surveys for feedback.
  • Providing administrative support including data entry, maintaining HR records, and helping to produce internal communications.
  • Learning and applying HR best practices while contributing ideas for continued improvement.

πŸ”¬ Do you have what it takes? We're looking for you, if you are:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Ready to work at least 20 hours per week.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal in English and Hungarian
  • Proactive, ready to take initiative and tackle challenges head-on.
  • Confident user of Google Workspace
