Responsibilities

As a Klaviyo Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Setting up and preparing campaigns for scheduling, ensuring all elements are implemented and functioning correctly.
• Setting up basic and highly advanced flows in Klaviyo.
• Efficiently transferring email designs from Figma to Klaviyo, ensuring design integrity and accuracy.
• Creating and managing standard sending and exclusion segments in Klaviyo.
• Configuring sign-up forms and conducting A/B tests.
• Performing thorough quality control checks to guarantee error-free content optimized for both mobile and desktop.
• Making adjustments within Klaviyo and Figma as needed.
• Fixing technical issues in clients’ Klaviyo accounts and other email marketing related platforms & tools.

Location: 100% remote.
