Your Role
As our Marketing Operations & Sales Specialist, you’ll take ownership of marketing strategies and processes, ensuring every campaign reflects our community’s voice and values. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on designing high-impact sales funnels, aligning teams for success, and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Marketing Leadership: Execute empathy-driven, data-backed sales funnels and campaigns that maximize customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Partner with content, design, and development teams to create cohesive campaigns, from customer success stories to targeted multi-channel marketing.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities, such as new partnerships, products, or audience segments, and contribute to the development of initiatives to expand the business.
- Optimization & Analytics: Analyze KPIs to refine strategies and improve customer journeys, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience from lead generation to course completion.
- Content Marketing: Plan, create, and distribute valuable, relevant, and consistent social media content to attract and engage a clearly defined audience. Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement scalable marketing workflows and processes to enhance team productivity and campaign impact.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 6 years in marketing operations, product launches, or similar roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive multimillion-dollar campaigns and optimize team workflows.
- Customer-Centric Expertise: Strong understanding of customer journeys and experience in leveraging customer feedback for marketing and product improvements.
- Funnel Strategy: Expertise in designing and managing high-conversion sales funnels with experience in frameworks like Jeff Walker’s Product Launch Formula (PLF).
- Analytical Savvy: Skilled in using data to inform marketing decisions, optimize campaigns, and track ROI.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills to align teams and achieve shared goals.
