 ✔️ Tasks 

• Be an Office Life Tamer
  • Keep the office running smooth with the help of our Office manager.
  • Manage supplies because paperclips don't grow on trees.
  • Schedule meetings and book rooms like a professional matchmaker for conference calls.
  • Help the team with administrative tasks
• Be an Event and Program Ringmaster
  • Participate in event planning. We do have a lot of events, and we would be happy to involve you in the whole process, from administration through logistics and coordination. 

🔬 Do you have what it takes? We're looking for you, if you:

• Are a student in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Are ready to work to at least 20-25 hours per week 
• Have some professional experience, like wrangling chaos in a student organization or surviving any previous job
• Experience of organising events, scheduling meetings, ad-hoc customer service tasks 
• Are a problem solver, precise and know how to prioritize tasks
• Are fluent in English (We have an international team, we use English for all internal communication)
