About The Role
The Partner GTM Specialist will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and strengthening relationships with key channel partners. This position serves as a strategic liaison between the company and its partners, enabling success through sales support, training, and collaborative planning. Reporting to our VP of Cloud and Gen AI Partnerships, this role will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner strategies with overall company objectives. What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, acting as their primary point of contact for sales inquiries and support.
- Provide partners with tools, resources, and training to effectively position and sell the company’s products or services.
- Collaborate with partners to set sales goals, develop joint sales plans, and execute strategic campaigns that drive revenue growth.
- Offer technical support and conduct product demonstrations for partners and their clients.
- Monitor and analyze partner sales performance, tracking KPIs and generating insights to drive improvement.
- Conduct regular partner business reviews to assess performance, identify challenges, and develop solutions for continued success.
- Research market trends, competitive dynamics, and partner capabilities to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and product management, to align on partner activities and execute co-branded campaigns.
What We Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel management, or partner sales, preferably within high tech, complex technical sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage partners and their clients effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Compensation:
- Base: $150,000
- Base + Bonus Target: $300,000
- This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
