- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project.
- Fintech experience preferred, particularly in banking projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt to change, and maintain a client-first approach.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
