We are looking for a Remote Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our supervisors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for supervisors
  • Handle email correspondence, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and report generation
  • Coordinate communication between teams and external partners
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and invoice processing, if required
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure all data is handled securely
  • Provide general remote support as needed to enhance workflow efficiency

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
