We are looking for a Remote Office Assistant to provide administrative support to our supervisors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for supervisors
- Handle email correspondence, data entry, and document preparation
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and report generation
