About the Role

BM Digital is hiring a Director of Sales to take full ownership of our agency’s revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role responsible for building and managing a high-performance sales organization, establishing a scalable outbound and inbound engine, and ensuring the agency consistently attracts and converts top-tier eCommerce clients.

You’ll be expected to lead from the front - closing strategic deals, developing outbound strategies, and coaching a team of high-performing salespeople. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Client Strategy, and the Executive team to refine positioning, offers, and target profiles as we scale toward $100M+ in annual revenue.

This role is ideal for a player-coach who’s led a high-growth sales team in a marketing agency or similar B2B services business and is ready to own pipeline, people, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of SDRs and AEs
  • Set clear performance targets (calls booked, pipeline coverage, close rates, revenue)
  • Build coaching cadences, conduct regular call reviews, and improve win rates through feedback and iteration
  • Design and scale outbound playbooks, talk tracks, and objection-handling scripts

Pipeline & Revenue Ownership

  • Own end-to-end sales metrics and revenue targets
  • Ensure consistent pipeline creation via outbound, inbound, referrals, and partnerships
  • Develop and test outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, etc.) to reach high-LTV clients
  • Track conversion metrics at every funnel stage and drive optimizations to improve velocity

Systems & Process

  • Maintain clean CRM reporting and enforce HubSpot hygiene and pipeline discipline
  • Collaborate with RevOps to build reports, dashboards, and forecasting infrastructure
  • Improve lead qualification processes and refine sales stages for predictability and scale

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to optimize demand generation and hand-off workflows
  • Collaborate with Strategy and Executive teams to continuously refine ICP, offers, and messaging
  • Provide structured feedback to Creative and Client teams to align delivery with sales promises
  • Represent the voice of the market inside the business—identify trends, blockers, and whitespace

This Might Describe You

  • 6–10+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in performance marketing, creative services, or growth agencies
  • Proven ability to lead and scale a sales team from $5M to $100M+ in annual recurring revenue
  • Deep experience managing outbound sales functions, refining talk tracks, and building a predictable pipeline
  • Excellent closer with experience selling into eCommerce founders and marketing leaders
  • Strong commercial instincts with an operator’s mindset: you can zoom into deals and zoom out to strategy
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on creating scalable systems, not just brute-force wins
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-performance culture

Compensation

$350K–$950K USD total compensation annually
Includes base salary, aggressive performance-based bonus, and significant equity package.

Location

This is a remote role. BM Digital is a fully distributed team working across the U.S. and EU with async systems and deep respect for focus time and ownership.
