About The Role
Invisible is scaling quickly and we need your help. Senior Product Operations Managers sit on our Professional Services team and live at the intersection of Engineering, Product and Operations. You will have a strategic impact and be responsible for understanding clients needs to configure and build processes on Workplace, our business process management platform. Our clients are household names and the processes we run for them allow them to build the next generation of applications, services and AI models.
What You’ll Do
- Client Onboarding and Portfolio Oversight:
- Oversee the successful onboarding of new clients and new client processes, ensuring a seamless transition of their processes onto our software platform.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping to final implementation, within time and budget constraints.
- Develop a deep understanding of our platform and our client’s needs to ensure that processes make use of our platform’s capabilities and fully solve our client’s needs.
- Manage your portfolio of clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, operations and support, to ensure cohesive project execution and client success.
- Manage escalations with clients and key internal stakeholders as required
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Operation Managers and Analysts, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork.
- Set clear expectations for team roles and responsibilities, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
- Regularly monitor and assess team performance, addressing underperformance through constructive feedback and appropriate action plans
- Ensure optimal team resourcing by effectively allocating work and balancing team capacity against project requirements and timelines.
- Strategic Execution:
- Implement strategies for the professional services department that align with the company’s vision
- Continuously assess and improve processes and tools in your specific vertical to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
What We Need
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a professional services role within a software or technology company, with at least 1 - 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams in client onboarding or management of a Professional Services, Client Services or Client Engineering function.
- Strong understanding of technical capabilities, software development processes and platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on delivering and scaling customer success teams.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Comfortable working through ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, tools, and frameworks
- Technical experience working with Software Developers and Product Manager
Working Schedule
You’ll be working with clients who are primarily located in EST and PST. Because of this we are targeting individuals located between these time zones or who are willing to be available for client calls during these times.

Compensation:
● Base: $145,000
● Base + Bonus Target: $205,000
● This role is eligible to participate in Invisible’s equity plan.
The amount listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
