SMM Project Manager

Our multi-platform network team is looking for a Junior Creator Services Manager to join us on a mission to support and elevate digital talent. If you’re passionate about social media, the creator economy, and helping emerging creators thrive, this is the role for you!

Job responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential clients: Analyze creators’ existing social media presence to determine if they’re a fit for our services, such as distribution, localization, licensing, and more.
• Draft compelling proposals: Clearly articulate how our services can elevate a creator’s reach and success.
• Support and coordinate communication: Act as a central point of contact for creators, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
• Coordinate internal communication: Ensure seamless collaboration between teams to deliver top-notch service to clients.
• Pre-onboarding and onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, setting them up for long-term success.
• Drive performance: Monitor metrics like revenue and viewership, providing insights and strategic adjustments to help creators grow their audience and impact.
• Uphold quality and timeliness: Oversee internal teams to ensure the production process meets high standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and working with creators or digital content.(Youtube, Facebook)
• Strong customer support mindset, with excellent communication skills and a solutions-oriented approach.
• Deep passion for the creator economy and a keen interest in helping creators grow and succeed across multiple platforms.
• Project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and meet deadlines.
• Ability to analyze social media performance and provide actionable insights for growth.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle a diverse range of tasks and clients.
• English and Russian Proficiency
