Position Overview:
The Sr. Manager of Business Operations will work closely with the Executive Committee (ExCo) to lead strategic initiatives, drive the company’s operating cadence, and execute high-impact projects (past projects include pricing model updates, org structure changes, and partnership efforts). This role is ideal for someone with experience in management consulting, big tech, and/or high-growth startups.
In particular, you will:
- Execute key strategy projects across the company.
- Partner with the Executive team to drive the business & their specific functional priorities.
- Manage the company’s operating cadence and drumbeat to keep our global team aligned, drive accountability, and maintain our high growth rate.
- Identify and unblock operational bottlenecks, continuously improving processes to optimize company performance.

Additional Requirements:
- Up to 15-20% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings and meetings (internationally), team offsite workshops, and industry-related events
- Strong fluency in English, both written and verbal
