The Account Manager will be the main point of contact for client communications, acting as a liaison between the client’s team and their clients. This role will be responsible for project management, ensuring that client projects are completed on time, and overseeing day-to-day client account management.

COMPENSATION:
- $40/hour to start
- Potential increase to $50/hour depending on performance and number of clients managed
HOURS: Hourly, Dependent on client's package
LOCATION: Remote, close to CST timezone is best

Key Responsibilities
- Client Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients’ clients, ensuring clear and timely communication and resolution of issues.
- Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to completion, tracking deadlines, resources, and deliverables.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring expectations are met.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Operations Manager, Creative Team) to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Task Management: Use project management tools to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Review deliverables to ensure they meet client standards and expectations.
- Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and address potential challenges in projects to keep things on track.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track key performance metrics related to client satisfaction and project success. Provide regular reports to management.
Position Expectations
- Availability: Be accessible during agreed-upon hours to effectively manage client needs, attend client meetings, and ensure smooth communication.
- Proactive Communication: Communicate effectively with both the internal team and clients to ensure clarity in all interactions.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple clients and projects, ensuring that all deadlines and priorities are met.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all client needs and project details are addressed thoroughly and accurately.
Success Metrics
- Independently managing 2-3 client accounts within 90 days.
- Maintaining high client satisfaction and clear communication on all active projects.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet the client’s expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in operations, project management, or a related role with a focus on process improvement and client-facing tasks.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana), communication platforms (e.g., Slack), and other operational tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex workflows with minimal oversight.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of anticipating and addressing challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and independently seek solutions in a fast-paced environment.
