πŸ•’ Temporary position. Full-time work between March and September (40 hours/week). The schedule will require weekends and holiday work but this is balanced equally among the team.

In your day-to-day, you will πŸ‘‡πŸΌ

  • Assist renters and boat owners via phone, text, and email
  • Troubleshoot problems creatively before, during, and after boat rentals
  • Provide professional, high-level customer support as the face of the company
  • Learn and become proficient in the tech stack (Slack, Kustomer, Aircall)
  • Propose and execute special projects to enhance CX operations
  • Present user feedback and recommend improvements to the Product team

  • Excellent phone communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with customer support tools like Slack, Kustomer, and Aircall
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
