Everyday Battles is an online fitness and education company on a mission to transform the fitness experience for pregnant and postpartum athletes. We provide quality fitness programs and education while training and certifying fitness coaches worldwide to better serve this population. We're seeking a remote, part-time Operations/Project Management Assistant to support our Director of Operations and help scale our growing business. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, virtual environment.

Responsibilities

  • Review + maintain project management system daily
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
  • Leverage currently documented systems and procedures and update on a monthly basis 
  • Update and manage company SOPs directory
  • Tech funnel maintenance and set up
  • Reviewing, sending and scheduling emails
  • Launch support
  • Administrative support
  • Weekly outreach to podcasters and podcast guests

  • Confidentiality: Trustworthy with sensitive information
  • Must have availability to participate in weekly team meetings (Mondays at 9:30 MT)

Systems We Use: 

Click Up, Asana, Zoom, Slack, Canva, GSuite, Click Funnels, Kit, Zapier, Wordpress, Thrivecart, Teachable, Loom, Acuity, Link Tree,  among others.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of proven experience as an operations assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Asana experience highly preferred
  • Tech-savvy with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful problem-solver who proactively initiates
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stable internet connection and computer
  • Strong familiarity with the systems and tools we use

Compensation

This position starts at $750/month, with opportunities for growth within the brand.
