At Hakuna, we are looking for an initial-level Project Manager to contribute to the creation of innovative solutions. We are searching for high-potential candidates with strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and teamwork skills that would like to start their path in Project Management for digital projects. We’ll provide the tools and the training to help you grow your career in this direction, working with real projects and real clients from day one.
Responsabilities Project Manager - Entry Level/Trainee
- Plan and coordinate -accompanied by leaders- the different stages of the project to ensure quality delivery.
- Understand and help prioritize client requirements.
- Help define requests and convert them into tasks that will be worked by the team.
- Accompany the client and the team in defining goals, vision and success metrics.
- Develop client relationships to ensure smooth communication and manage client expectations.
- Practice smooth communication that promotes the understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives.
- Plan and organize team efforts and assignments.
- Identify potential risks by planning and implementing actions to mitigate them.
- Maintain proper documentation and PM software up-to-date to ensure clear alignment between team, internal and external stakeholders.
- Work alongside leaders to create, maintain and ensure work processes that enrich our delivery.
- Get involved in the commercial strategy to identify possible proposals and value contributions for clients, maintaining a business mindset and a client-centric approach.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment, promoting team well-being and maintaining close relationships to understand and address their needs.
- Learn how to facilitate team retrospectives to iterate and improve processes for future projects.
Requirements Project Manager - Entry Level/Trainee
- Advanced English level (oral and written). C-2/C-1
- +1 years of experience in similar roles (producer, assistant) and/or in contact with the digital industry.
- Be a graduate of (or be in the last year) of careers such as Social communication, marketing, advertising, administration or similar.
- Customer-oriented.
- Organizational and planning skills.
- Inclination for design, user experience and performance KPIs. Preferably in the context of Start-ups.
- (nice to have) General knowledge of the digital product design cycle.
- (nice to have) Having worked in product but in different roles such as design, development or QA.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently while aligning with the team.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders.
