Job responsibilities:

As our Channel Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our YouTube success. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Craft engaging compilation videos for our channel.
• Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching thumbnails (and tweak them if needed).
• Publish diverse content: shorts, community posts, and streams.
• Contribute to posting strategy discussions.
• Analyze channel performance and share monthly data insights.
• Communicate with producers/leads to resolve content issues seamlessly.

Requirements:

• Proven success managing both long and short-form YouTube content.
• Expertise in thumbnail creation and optimization.
• A pulse on trends and deep knowledge of the YouTube ecosystem.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
